Qualifications

• Experience in project engineering with a focus on BMS, controls, and automation is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Smartsheet is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in executing BMS projects efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to understand design requirements for tailored BMS solutions.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and materials to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of BMS components, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate on-site activities including collaboration with trades and commissioning agents.
• Report daily progress and project updates to the Project Manager.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during project implementation and commissioning.
