BRIEFING/RESEARCH ATTORNEYSalary: $100,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected)
Bonus: up to $6,000 quarterly bonus
Overview Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials
- Assist in deposition and trial prep
- Learn strategies for plaintiff-side PI litigation
Qualifications- JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas
- 0-3 years of personal injury experience
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Valid TX driver's license; good driving record
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
