Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy civil construction, specifically bridge building and structural concrete.
• Proven track record as a Bridge Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret complex structural plans and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture of safety and high-quality craftsmanship on job sites.
• Coordinate project setup and manage daily field operations through to final inspection.
• Optimize heavy equipment utilization and manage tool inventory with Dispatch.
• Direct and mentor site foremen to foster a high-performance team environment.
• Review production reports and labor costs with Project Managers for efficiency.
• Serve as the key contact for project owners and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
