Job Description

The Braze Integrations Specialist is able to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and secure integrations that deliver high-quality guest data into our MarTech stack, enabling personalization and real-time orchestration. This role operationalizes the architectural vision established by the Solutions Architect.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT, Data, and Digital teams on data schemas, identity resolution, and event taxonomy.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and error handling across integrations.
  • Support SDK implementation and testing on mobile app / web for tracking and event capture.
  • Document integration designs, code, configs, and runbooks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.
  • Partner with Campaign Ops and Solutions Architect to support campaign needs.
  • Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements.
  • Enforce security, privacy, and consent requirements in data flows.
  • Provide training / handoff docs to Ops and Analytics teams.

Work Environment

This job operates in both an office and casino environment.

Position Type/Expected Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Must be flexible regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.

Age, Certifications and Work Cards
  • 21 years of age or above.
  • A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
