Brand Manager serves as the steward of Planet's brand, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across the organization. This requires cross-functional and cross-team collaboration, partnering with our creative team to develop assets that reflect our standards, processing and translating business needs into effective programs and tools, and developing campaigns and partnerships that expand our reach and accelerate our growth across both business-to-business and emerging business-to-consumer channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serves as the internal brand liaison and authority for Planet's newly launched visual identity, reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure consistency and alignment with standards; maintaining a consistent brand voice, look, and feel, and messaging across all channels.
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing programs that support business objectives and increase brand value.
- Develops and executes a content and social strategy for the master brand; ensures synchronicity across products and channels.
- Collaborates internally to identify gaps, provides support, and develops tools and templates to meet ongoing business development, sales, and marketing needs.
- Monitors industry news and identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors that inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborates with Marketing Analyst to measure campaign performance, brand equity and provide regular reporting and insights for optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of brand management, marketing, or related experience, with demonstrated ownership of brand strategy and creative output
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, banking, or real estate industries strongly preferred
Functional/Technical Skills
- Proven track record managing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels with measurable results
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Must be detail oriented, extremely organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive in monitoring work and resolving issues
