Temporary Full Time

The Brand Manager plays a critical role in supporting the successful rollout and adoption of the organization's rebrand. This role focuses on ensuring the new brand is implemented consistently, accurately, and effectively across all channels, materials, and experiences.

Acting as a central point of coordination, you will partner across teams to operationalize the brand-providing guidance, tools, and oversight to ensure a smooth transition and sustained adherence to brand standards.

What you will do

Rebrand Implementation & Rollout
  • Support the execution of the rebrand across marketing, advisor, and corporate touchpoints
  • Coordinate updates to existing assets, templates, and materials to align with new brand standards
  • Track and manage rebrand progress, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in rollout and proactively address them


Brand Governance & Quality Control

  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all outputs, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Review and approve marketing materials, third party vendor applications, internal stakeholder advisor and client facing assets, and communications for brand compliance
  • Act as a go-to resource for brand-related questions and decisions
  • Maintain and update brand documentation as needed


Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with graphic designers, digital, external agency partners, legal/compliance and internal business teams to implement the rebrand
  • Ensure alignment across initiatives and workstreams impacted by brand changes
  • Facilitate communication and clarity around brand updates, changes, and expectations


Advisor & Internal Enablement
  • Develop and maintain templates, tools, and resources that support adoption of the new brand
  • Provide practical guidance to teams and advisors on how to apply the brand in day-to-day work
  • Help remove friction by ensuring brand standards are easy to understand and apply


Asset & Workflow Management
  • Support the organization and maintenance of brand assets and templates
  • Ensure teams have access to up-to-date materials and resources
  • Contribute to improving workflows that govern brand application and approvals


Continuous Improvement
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders on brand usability and rollout effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and governance approaches
  • Support ongoing refinement of brand execution as the organization transitions post-rebrand

The base salary for this position is between $75,500 - $125,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
