The Brand Experience & Engagement (BX&E) Business Execution Analyst supports the day-to-day execution of business priorities by producing core deliverables,
maintaining operating routines, and coordinating work with cross-functional partners.
This role is accountable for activities such as: preparing materials, tracking progress, supporting launches, and ensuring execution stays on track. The Analyst enables leaders and delivery teams by providing timely analyses, structured outputs, and reliable follow-through across defined initiatives and operating processes. This role builds foundational experience in business execution while contributing directly to tangible outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Execute assigned work in support of business initiatives, operating routines, or ongoing programs by producing analyses, materials, trackers, and documentation.
2.    Collect, organize, and analyze data related to performance, progress, risks, or operational effectiveness, translating inputs into structured outputs.
3.    Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership meetings and governance forums.
4.    Track milestones, deliverables, issues, and dependencies for assigned workstreams, escalating risks or delays as appropriate.
5.    Coordinate activities across cross‑functional partners (e.g., Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance) to support execution and follow‑through.
6.    Support testing, launch readiness, validation, or post‑launch review activities for enhancements, initiatives, or process changes.
7.    Maintain documentation, controls, and artifacts required to support consistent execution and recurring business processes.
8.    Identify operational inefficiencies or execution gaps and raise improvement opportunities to more senior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and related training;
2.    2 years of experience in business execution, operations, analysis, program support, or related roles;
3.    Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work with data and operational details;
4.    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
5.    Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners;
6.    Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products;
7.    Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. 

Preferred Qualifications:


1.    Experience supporting business initiatives, programs, or operating routines in a complex organization;
2.    Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, or workflow tracking mechanisms;
3.    Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.


To comply with the Virginia pay transparency statute and for work locations in Virginia only, the annual base salary for this position is $66,570.00 -$118,730.00.

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position. Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
