Brand Director remote based job opening, $100MM+ Revenue Brand BuilderDTC/Digital Marketing Expertise, Remote (USA Citizen)Eastern Time Core Hours. We are seeking an exceptional Brand Director with proven expertise in building and scaling consumer brands to $200MM+ in revenue. This is a remote, home office-based role designed for a USA citizen.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are only considering candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling at least one consumer/DTC/B2C brand from within circa $80MM - $300MM+ in revenue (or beyond).
  • Leadership Tenure: Held a Brand Director role or similar position for at least 2-5+ years in a single organization.
  • DTC Marketing Expertise: A significant portion of the company's growth under your leadership must have been driven by direct response advertising and marketing, paired with strong brand-building capabilities.
  • Brand Management Tactics Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing brand management strategies, including positioning, messaging, and market segmentation, to enhance brand equity and customer engagement.
