The opportunity

As a Marketing Specialist in our Service Lines team, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that advance EY's growth priorities across our service lines. You will help advance EY's brand, increase market visibility, and support growth objectives through well-executed, multi-channel marketing programs.

Working closely with service line leaders, industry groups and BMC colleagues, you will bring campaigns, events and experiences to life. This role is well suited to a marketing professional with strong execution skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience delivering B2B marketing programs in a complex, matrixed environment.

Your key responsibilities

Marketing Program Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns aligned to alliance strategies and EY priorities
  • Translate business and stakeholder goals into effective marketing activities that connect brand to demand
  • Execute lower-funnel, conversion-focused marketing activities in close partnership with sales teams to support pipeline creation and opportunity progression
  • Support lead generation and pipeline acceleration through targeted campaigns, event follow-up programs, and account-based or segment-specific activations
  • Partner with stakeholders across the firm to align marketing activities to priority accounts, opportunities and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with global teams to activate EY campaigns and adapt them for local market needs
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals and dependencies across multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce efficiencies, and strengthen executional excellence


Events and Experiences
  • Plan and execute virtual, in-person and hybrid events, including executive briefings, webcasts, roundtables and sponsored experiences
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end, including vendors, budgets, timelines, tools and post-event reporting
  • Analyze event performance beyond attendance, including engagement quality, lead conversion and downstream sales impact
  • Evaluate and support sponsorship opportunities that elevate EY's brand and align to service line objectives
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned experiences


Content and Communications
  • Support the activation and amplification of thought leadership, insights and market-facing content across campaigns, events and digital channels
  • Develop and write a range of internal and external communications, including articles, briefing materials, talking points, presentations and campaign assets
  • Create PowerPoint materials such as internal updates, campaign decks, event presentations and client-facing slides


Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with service line leaders, subject matter professionals and BMC colleagues
  • Build strong, trusted working relationships to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and priorities
  • Support senior stakeholders with clear communications, progress updates and performance insight


Reporting and Optimization
  • Track and report on marketing performance, including campaign, event and sponsorship metrics
  • Support budget tracking and spend management
  • Conduct basic analysis and market research to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Contribute to ROI reporting and insights to inform future planning and optimization


Skills and attributes for success
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant combination of experience and education
  • 5+ years of marketing experience creating, implementing and measuring high-quality brand experiences, campaigns and programs that drive revenue and build relationships
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing in-person events
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leaders
  • Knowledge of marketing trends, sponsorship, event management and measurement (analytics, dashboarding, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • B2B experience
  • Professional services marketing experience is an asset

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
  • Ontario/British Columbia: $75,600 to $113,400
  • Dieppe: $69,600 to $104,400
