Job Description
What You'll Do- Lead the overall operations, performance, and growth of the Kyle office
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and technical staff
- Oversee project delivery, financial performance, utilization, and quality
- Build and strengthen client relationships and business development opportunities
- Lead recruiting, staff development, and succession planning
- Collaborate with SPI's executive leadership and other offices to support firm-wide growth
- Represent SPI with clients, consultants, and the community
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Proven success as a Project Manager delivering profitable, high-quality projects
- Experience leading teams and developing other professionals
- Strong project financial management and business development skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities

- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
- Proven success as a Project Manager delivering projects on time, within budget, and profitably
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing professional staff
- Strong understanding of project financial management, resource planning, and quality control
- Proven business development and client relationship management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance project delivery, client service, business development, and overall office performance
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
