ABOUT THE POSITIONPosition Summary: As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, coach and develop your team, and drive service and sales performance. You will create a strong member experience by setting clear expectations, supporting daily operations, and building a culture grounded in the organization's values. This role also plays an important part in growing the branch through community involvement, relationship building, and business development efforts.
What you'll do in this role:- Lead the branch team in achieving service, sales, and operational goals.
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support performance and career growth.
- Promote a positive, values-driven culture and lead by example.
- Build relationships in the community and identify opportunities to support branch growth.
- Ensure branch activities follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Compensation Range: $75,000/yr. -$ 90,000/yr.
*Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is on-site at our Montrose Branch located at 16909 State Route 706, Montrose, PA.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, or 4-6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
- Strong communication, organization, and member service skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
- Ability to obtain a notary license within 1 year of accepting the role.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
