Job responsibilities
  • Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company27s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
  • Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
  • Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
  • Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
  • Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.

Training and Travel Requirement
  • You27ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager.
  • You27ll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.
