Maps Credit Union is excited to announce that we are expanding our service footprint for our members with the addition of the brand new Dallas Branch! We seek an experienced Branch Manager to build and lead a dedicated team of banking professionals with a passion for serving the Dallas community. *Please note: The Dallas Branch is scheduled to open in October 2026, but the opportunity to start employment and training sooner is preferred, and the start date is flexible.

Our Branch Managers:

Strengthen Community Presence
  • Grow our membership through intentional business development, community partnerships, and local engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community organizations
  • Collaborate with internal Maps partners to support members and drive branch success.

Lead an Empowered, High-Performing Team
  • Model accountable, values-driven leadership for your team.
  • Foster a warm, member centric culture that prioritizes meaningful conversations and personalized financial solutions.
  • Support the growth of branch employees through identifying training needs, coaching, skill development, and performance feedback.

Drive Branch Excellence
  • Lead the branch to meet or exceed goals as set annually by senior management.
  • Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies, procedures, and audits.
  • Step into any role in the branch as needed, ensuring seamless service for members.


Requirements

You'll thrive in this role if you:

And have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and financial services experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in the financial industry with demonstrated progressive responsibility.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a proven supervisory role.
  • A minimum of 3 years in direct and indirect selling roles.
  • The highest level of ethical behavior.
  • Must be bondable.

Starting exempt salary is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn incentives.

*Due to this position starting before the branch opens, we will guarantee an incentive of $2,500 after successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.
