Responsibilities

  • Implement and integrate UKG Pro WFM application environments.
  • Lead the building, maintenance, and support for the UKG Pro application environment.
  • Develop instance management and code deployment strategies for UKG Pro.
  • Set up and configure integrations using Boomi with UKG.
  • Participate in technical design sessions to create detailed documentation aligned with business goals.
  • Manage simultaneous projects effectively and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Establish and enforce application environment standards and maintenance guidelines.

Full Job Description
Required Skills:
  • UKG Pro WFM Implementation consultant to build UKG Instances, maintain and support.
  • Responsibilities Implement and integrate UKG Pro WFM (formally, UKG Dimensions) application environments.
  • Lead UKG Pro application environment build, maintenance and support via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support from instance management perspective.
  • Develop UKG Pro instance management strategy Develop UKG Pro instance Code/configuration deployment strategy Setting up and configuring integrations using Boomi in UKG.
  • Maintenance of Boomi platform Set up and maintenance of integrations with UKG Pro instances Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solutions and documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
  • Effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time and take ownership of the projects that you are working on.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce application environment standards, and maintenance guidelines.
  • Must hands on 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining UKG Pro Instances and setting up integrations with Dell Boomi and on-premises applications preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UKG Pro systems configuration and support Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM systems Strong technical skills with experience in software development, API integration, security key management, and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript). Hands on experience in cloud technologies. 5 years minimum experience (higher preferred),
  • 3 years of related experience, including a demonstrated ability in technology area.
  • In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility; healthcare technology experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications: UKG Pro certification is a strong plus.
