Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced
Collision Center Estimator to join our high-performing body shop team. This role is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, writing accurate repair estimates, and guiding customers through the repair process while delivering a premium service experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates
- Work with insurance companies to secure approvals and supplements
- Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairs
- Maintain proper documentation and follow repair procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Qualifications- At least 2+ years of collision estimating experience preferred.
- Experience with estimating systems.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- I-CAR certification a plus.
- Previous experience in working the Sales Manager desk.
Required:
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles.
- Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
Additional InformationCompensation: - $50,000 to $150,000 +
- Draw plus commission
- Meeting and exceeding sales and company goals
Schedule:- Full Time
- Monday through Saturday availability
- Sundays off
