We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA9s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA9s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services. What You9ll Do:  Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18).  Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.  Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.  Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
