Full Job Description
We9re offering a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus for **eligible** candidates. Kids First is expanding - with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states - and we9re currently hiring BCBAs to join our team as we continue increasing services at our Amherst/Buffalo Clinic!  Please note: This is an in-person position based out of our Amherst, Buffalo clinic and is not a remote role. We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA9s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA9s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services. What You9ll Do:  Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18).  Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.  Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.  Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
