Responsibilities

  • Create individualized behavior treatment plans tailored to each client
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during family consultations
  • Mentor and oversee RBTs and BCaBAs through the Cultivate Apprenticeship Program
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to shape your own caseload
  • Participate in parent onboarding and training to ensure successful strategy implementation
  • Work closely with clinical management to enhance skills and practices

Full Job Description
Location: Vero Beach and Sebastian

Full-Time Schedule: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (flexible within this timeframe)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per yearAverage Caseload: 6-8

Part-Time Schedule: Minimum of 15 hours per week between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible)

Compensation:
  • Case Management: $42 - $60 per hour
  • Administrative Rate: $20 per hour

Your ideas are respected! You will be presented as the subject matter expert to potential families. Your treatment plan will drive the conversation in order to provide the best services possible.
  • We service a wide age population that is not only tailored to the "littles" (2-10) and we do not have an age out restriction. We have seen learners go up to 17-20 years old
