Full Job Description
BCBAs: What if you could lead a clinic without carrying a 15+ client caseload?
I'm partnering with a new center-based ABA provider in Beaumont, TX that's hiring a Clinical Director (BCBA), and this opportunity is built very differently than the typical corporate ABA model.
What you'll actually be doing:
Leading clinical quality and mentoring staff
Building a program from the ground up
Focusing on outcomes, not chasing billable hours
What you won't be doing:
❌ Managing a massive caseload
❌ Working evenings or weekends
❌ Driving between homes
❌ Fighting with authorizations, scheduling, or billing
Why BCBAs are paying attention:
• Caseload capped at just 3-5 clients
• Clinic-based only
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Dedicated operations team handles administrative headaches
• Performance incentives tied to clinical excellence and leadership, not productivity quotas
• Guaranteed compensation during startup and growth phase
Compensation:
💰 $90,000 starting salary (Open to negations)
💰 Automatic increase to $98,000-$100,000 once enrollment reaches 3-5 clients
💰 Total compensation potential up to $110,000+
Ideal Background:
• BCBA with 4+ years of experience
• Ready to step into leadership or expand leadership responsibilities
• Looking to escape the burnout that comes with large caseloads and corporate ABA metrics
• Located near Beaumont or open to relocating from Houston, Southeast Texas, or Lake Charles
Active BCBA certification and Texas LBA (or eligibility) required.
