HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in Lakewood, Washington.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments — Complete FBAs in accordance with Washington State school and clinical guidelines.
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans — Create evidencebased BIPs aligned with student IEPs or client treatment goals.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and Washington licensure (or eligibility)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
- Ability to work across diverse school or clinical environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Washington public schools or earlyintervention programs.
- Familiarity with Washington State IEP processes and MTSS/FBT frameworks.
- Prior supervision of RBTs or paraeducators.
Experience supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, or significant behavioral needs.
