Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA: - Conduct Supervision and parent training - Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication - Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. - Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans. Experience needed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA: - A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required. - Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. - Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable. - Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential. - Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
