Pay: $80,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year

Job description:

Job Highlights:
  • Base salary range starting at $80,000+
  • Target earnings $90,000-$131,000 annually.
  • Small caseloads of 6-8 clients.
  • Low billable requirement- 27.5hrs weekly.
  • 24 potential work from home days.
  • Emphasis on professional development: $500 annual CEU budget, monthly in-house CEUs, access to unlimited Central Reach Institute CEUs, and 1 dedicated paid professional development day.

As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:
  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
  • Supervise, support and nurture RBT's and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
  • Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child's goals and achievements.

Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

You will need:
