About the Role

Hello, BCBAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will provide behavioral support services to students, collaborate with school teams, and develop individualized behavior plans that promote student success. You'll work alongside educators, related service providers, and families to create positive, supportive learning environments.

What You'll Do
