Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Completed 8-hour BACB supervision training
• Prior experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Level 2 background clearance
• Bilingual (Spanish) or Medicaid credentialing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and initial assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Analyze data and adjust programming accordingly
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
• Ensure ethical and high-quality service delivery
