What You'll Do
Clinical Impact:
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Apply advanced ABA strategies and update interventions
• Collaborate with families and lead training/workshops
Leadership & Mentorship:
• Supervise, coach, and train Behavior Technicians and junior BCBAs
• Mentor team members and lead clinical best practice discussions
• Support professional growth across the team
Operations & Collaboration:
• Manage caseload, billable hours, and schedules effectively
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in clinic initiatives, research, and program development
• Ensure client safety and lead crisis management when needed
What We're Looking For:
• Current BCBA/LBA certification (required - no LABAs at this time)
• 1+ year experience working with neurodiverse children
• Passion for working in clinic, home, and school settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
• Reliable transportation
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: Wenatchee, WA (in-person role across clinic + community settings)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $48-$53/hour (based on experience)
