Full Job Description
Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA: - You, as the BCBA, will meet with children in person to conduct an initial assessment. - Once the treatment plan is created, you will review it over with our quality assurance team. - After IA is submitted, Storybook will hand the case over to a different BCBA in that area who will then do the supervision and parent training. Experience needed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA: - A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required. - Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. - Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable. - Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential. - Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
