Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - hybrid center and in home

Location: Albuquerque, NM Hybrid In center and in home
Salary: $90K-$110K + Monthly Bonuses

Treetop ABA is expanding our presence in Albuquerque, and we're seeking a passionate Full Time BCBA to support children and families where progress happens every day-at home and in the community.

This hybrid role blends meaningful in-center client work with in- home client work along with remote flexibility.

What You'll Do
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
