Full Job Description
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for qualified LBAs for a limited time! Based on start date and location
Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! Up to 2 WFH days each week available.
Two brand new incentives for full-time BCBAs! Student loan repayment and a fully paid 3 week Sabbatical! (details below)
We have in-center in the following locations: Chandler (coming soon!), Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix (3 locations!), Scottsdale and Tucson. We have in-home through-out AZ.

Requirements What You'll Bring
Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification - Required to ensure clinical excellence.
Strong Communication & Coaching Skills - Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
