Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Spring Lake | Pinehurst | Fayetteville | Cameron

Clinic-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time

$95K-$107K/year + $5K sign-on/relocation bonus

 

Join HealthPro Pediatrics and provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy alongside speech, occupational, and physical therapy under one roof! You’ll be part of a collaborative pediatric team with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and leadership—all while making a meaningful difference for children and families. We have clinics in Cameron, Fayetteville, Pinehurst, and Spring Lake, NC!

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $95,000–$107,000 total earning potential between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance available for full-time

Schedule

  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
  • Monday–Friday | 8 AM–6 PM clinic hours
  • Realistic billable expectations
  • Optional weekend sessions available to make up missed hours

 

Clinical Support & Growth

  • Individualized treatment using NET and other clinically appropriate strategies

  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
