HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our fun and growing ABA clinic in Plymouth, MA

 

Schedule:

  • Full-Time OR Part-time - Center Hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm

Compensation:

  • Full-Time - $85,000-$102,000/ yearly between base salary + monthly bonus structure  (hourly rates availabilible for Part-Time)
  • Join our team full-time team and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. The BCBA conducts comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Additionally, the BCBA provides essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data and adjusting treatment plans to foster meaningful progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics
Qualifications
  • Current and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board 
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
