Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Pinehurst, NC | Clinic Base

Full-Time or Part-Time | $95k-$107K | $5K sign-on bonus for Full Time

 

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst NC!  We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

 

Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
