Overview

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA!

You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and support children with autism and related developmental needs alongside of our amazing team of interdisciplinary providers! 

 

What We Offer:Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available. Monday-Friday - Sessions typically end by 6:00 PM• Comprehensive Benefits packages: Full-Time benefits include Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, paid CEUs, and more! Part-Time benefits packages are available as well!

  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
