Location: Cameron, NC/Setting: Pediatric Outpatient ABA ClinicSalary: $95,000-$107,000/year between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, W2

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

 

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric outpatient ABA clinic in Cameron, NC.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification and (state) licensure (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
