BlueSprighas a BCBA job opening inFish Hawk, Florida. As ourBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst,youlead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $103,000

  • Annual Salary:$80,000-$87,000

  • Annual Individual Bonus:$7,000 6 $18,000 (paid monthly)

  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000 20,000(depending on start date and location)
