Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT, not just shared clients on paper, but real shared problem-solving . You will know your colleagues, and they will know you.
Day to day, you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to do all of this well, up to 10 clients, sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home, so your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.

Compensation Salary ($82,000-$90,000/year). We'll walk through the details so you understand exactly what your comp looks like. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!
Performance-based monthly bonus We reward your hard work! Earn up to $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

What You Need- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- 2-5 years of experience in a clinical or center-based ABA setting
