Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our clinic in Warren Township!

We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.

Position Overview

This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.

Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30-45 minute commute).

Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1-2 evenings per week extending to 6:30-7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly - this is what you can expect from your schedule.
Clinical & Administrative Support
  • Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
  • Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
  • Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
  • Manageable, individualized caseloads
  • Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
  • BT Managers for performance and operational support
  • BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing
Learning & Advancement

  • Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $88,000 and $110,000
  • Dual Bonus Program: $65 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours, averaging between $5,000 - $10,000 annually
  • First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000
