Total Annual Compensation: Up to $115,000

• Annual Salary:$80,000-$97,000

• Annual Individual Bonus:$7,000 6,000 (paid monthly)

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000 20,000(depending on start date and location)

• Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to client care

• Partner with intake and operations to ensuretimelyclient onboarding

• Provide guidance to families and caregivers

• Oversee program quality, transitions, and discharge planning

• Support and develop clinicians through supervision and mentorship020
