Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time / 5,000$ SIGN ON BONUS!Location: Washington, DC (Clinic-Based)
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually + full benefits
Your Role & Impact- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
- Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards
🎓 What You Bring- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
