Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Behavior Analyst license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and behavioral data systems.
• Compassionate approach and commitment to client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Incorporate Gentle Teaching principles to foster dignity and safe relationships.
• Monitor client progress by analyzing data and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams, families, and community partners for consistent implementation.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, documentation, and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
