Center-Based | Westport, CT
Ascend is hiring a BCBA for our Westport, CT center, working with early learners (ages 2-7) in a supportive, center-based setting. No in-home visits. You'll carry a manageable caseload of 7-9 clients, with strong clinical and administrative support behind you.
What You'll Do:
• Conduct assessments and build individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor BT/RBTs
• Provide 1:1 and supervisory ABA services on-site
• Partner with families through training and collaboration
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure BACB and CT LBA compliance
What You'll Need:
• Active BCBA certification
• Active CT LBA
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
