Qualifications- Current BCBA certification
- Active New Jersey BCBA license
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the core characteristics of autism.
- Review assessment findings with caregivers and provide compassionate guidance regarding treatment recommendations.
- Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
- Analyze treatment data regularly and make data-driven clinical decisions to maximize client progress.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality, documentation, and ethical practice.
- Collaborate closely with the onsite Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
