Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and data analysis
• Experience supervising and training behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
• Excellent communication skills for parent training and interdisciplinary coordination

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments to inform treatment
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs to ensure quality care
• Lead Parent Training sessions to educate families on ABA strategies
• Develop and monitor data collection processes for treatment goals
• Coordinate care with other professionals to enhance client outcomes
• Stay informed on the latest research in ABA and related practices
