Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
• Experience in assessing and treating clients using ABA techniques
• Ability to provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments of clients
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct parent training sessions to educate families on ABA strategies
• Develop and monitor data collection methods for treatment goals
• Coordinate care and collaborate with other professionals involved in client care
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA
