Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field required.
• Current BCBA License/Certification or actively pursuing field hours.
• Two years' preferred experience with behavior support evaluations for adults with IDD.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance required.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification necessary.
• Technology proficiency essential.
• Commitment to maintain all relevant licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the Mobile Crisis Team, assisting in crisis support and intensive services.
• Document behavioral services delivered to clients.
• Monitor, assess, and intervene with clients, providing training to staff on behavioral support strategies.
• Collect and maintain objective data on clients' skills and needs.
• Compile program-specific information and maintain quality outcome data.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
• Facilitate effective communication with the interdisciplinary team and modify BSPs as needed.
