Position Details: - Caseload within the Autauga County Schools District - Full Time - Starting August 2026 - 1.0 FTE, M-F About the Role Hello, Board Certified Behavior Analysts! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time BCBA within the Autauga County Schools District. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting behavioral and skills assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supporting and training behavior staff, monitoring student progress through data-driven practices, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful growth, consistency, and positive outcomes while ensuring high-quality, ethical behavioral support services. What We're Looking For - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. - Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). - Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.
