BMT ANM - Orlando, FL

A hospital in the Orlando, FL area are seeking a full-time BMT ANM to assist and support the Nurse Manager and bring a new, fresh perspective within their organization.

The role you will play:
  • Full Time, 4-10s
  • No holidays, no call - 1 Saturday shift every 6 weeks.
  • The BMT ANM supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, creativity, and has the knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and leading a professional and technical team in the delivery of services to patient population.
  • Assures quality of care is delivered to patients and demonstrates effective stewardship of scarce resources.
  • Supportive of change activities on their unit and works to assure implementation of change that may occur.
  • Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
