What You Get to Do:- You will attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
- You will get to work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI's, etc.
- You will follow up with abnormal lab results and treating per protocol.
- You get to do Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
- You will triage any walk-in patients.
- You will build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.
Compensation: Approximately $34.70 - $43.95 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
