Full Job Description
JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Recruiter to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to designated employee groups within the Canadian business. The position reports into the Head of Talent Acquisition and entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. Our successful candidate will need to be bilingual in English and French languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide the Recruitment team support for acquisitions and dispositions including, but not limited to; recruitment support, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, drafting job descriptions, offers and employee communications, etc.)
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct intake and regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Input and maintain employee records in Workday, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate at all times
  • Create, update and distribute all HR related reports and metrics as required ad hoc or outlined in the HR Recruitment reporting schedule
  • Analyze HR Recruitment metrics and communicate trends
  • Build strong relationships with client group at all levels of the organization
  • Act as a resource to stakeholders concerning internal recruitment policies and procedures
  • Participate in HR projects, if and when required
  • Other duties as required


QUALIFICATIONS

LES RESPONSABILITÉS

Estimated compensation for this position:
