• Attend weekly
sales meetings and training sessionsQualificationsWhat We're Looking For
• Active
Real Estate License (Maryland)•
Fluent in Spanish and English• Full-time commitment and strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
• Prior real estate sales experience is a plus
