Job DescriptionAs a Bi-lingual
HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. You will have multi-site responsibilities within the state of Texas in Houston, Willis, and Temple. You'll be embedded in the plant, working directly with employees and leadership to support a high-performing culture. What You'll Do- Be a True Business Partner - Work alongside supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.
- Drive Change & Improvements - Execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges.
- Stay Connected to the Workforce - Be a visible and approachable presence on the floor, fostering engagement and building strong relationships.
- Leverage Data for Decision-Making - Use insights to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and drive workforce success.
- Manage Core HR Responsibilities - Oversee site HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner on Talent Strategy - Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Champion Culture & Engagement - Support initiatives that strengthen our culture and create exceptional employee experiences.
Qualifications- 8-10 years HR experience
- Bachelor level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related degree (advanced degree is preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Ability to travel 50% (primarily Willis and Temple, TX)
- Professional certification strongly preferred
- Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software
Additional InformationThe US base salary for this full-time position plus STIP, medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
