Responsibilities:- Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral health screenings for patients
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure comfort, understanding, and quality care
- Take and review dental X-rays and document findings accurately in patient records
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans
- Assist the dentist with charting, treatment planning, and identifying areas of concern
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment
- Build lasting patient relationships through compassionate, culturally sensitive care
Requirements:- Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Experience in a dental hygiene or clinical dental setting preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player
Compensation: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
